Introducing the Inclusive Pathways Program
Providing career opportunities, mentorship and ongoing support for underrepresented talent in Hollywood
Despite ongoing work to end systemic oppression, underrepresentation persists throughout the entertainment industry.
Inequity is bad for business - and it limits the potential of the next generation of creative voices. Clearly, empowering underrepresented talent is essential to telling inclusive, impactful stories.
To facilitate industry-wide systemic change, The Inclusive Pathways Program:
Provides paid, living wage opportunities for underrepresented talent to gain hands-on experience on major productions
Gives industry partners access to all-star underrepresented talent as well as ongoing support, guidance, and expertise on inclusive talent recruitment and training
Offers ongoing mentorship and support for underrepresented artists as they develop their careers
Increases industry transparency and accountability to ensure that more underrepresented voices have sustainable opportunities for career growth
Fosters impactful relationships, connections, and community for underrepresented talent to support each other and have greater access to industry leaders

Back in the day, there were only a handful of initiatives to help expand access and opportunity for underrepresented talent.
